Mehr Residences

This project is a conceptual residential tower design located in Tehran, Iran. The design explores a bold architectural language through its sculptural, faceted façade — where dynamic angular volumes and rhythmic cantilevered balconies create a strong visual identity on the city's skyline. The layered horizontal bands and deeply recessed openings respond to Tehran's intense sunlight, offering natural shading while maintaining a sense of openness and flow. Set on an elevated podium surrounded by lush greenery, the tower balances urban density with a connection to nature. All modeling and rendering were developed in-house as part of a conceptual exploration into modern high-rise living in the context of contemporary Iranian architecture.
