Safa Business Center

This visualization was built from a client-supplied model, enhanced and optimized in 3ds Max with refined materials, precise concrete textures, and warm reflective glazing. A late-afternoon HDRI sun was used to cast deep shadows across the building's signature modular façade grid, bringing its geometry to life. Motion-blurred traffic, palm trees, and pedestrians complete the streetscape, delivering a vibrant urban atmosphere. Rendered in Corona Render and finalized in Photoshop.
