For the Manyas Municipality Covered Market (Kapalı Pazar Yeri), our architectural vision was to design a modern, resilient civic hub that honors the region's agricultural roots while providing a highly functional, weather-protected environment for the community. We utilized a large-span, exposed steel truss system with a multi-gabled roofline, incorporating continuous skylights to flood the expansive interior marketplace with diffused natural daylight.The exterior presents a clean, contemporary industrial aesthetic—pairing light grey cladding with bold, dark structural framing—while the building's perimeter is activated by fully glazed retail storefronts, seamlessly integrating the large-scale structure into the surrounding landscape and urban fabric.
